Jason lost everything before he found what actually mattered. Federal prison. A 27-month sentence. Years of addiction before that. He walked out with $44 and a vow never to go back to that life, or that man.
What he built on the other side of it is not a brand he markets. It is a belief system he lives. Faith first. Radical responsibility. Small, repeatable actions done every single day, because that is the only thing that has ever actually worked.
He co-founded MOTIVE because he needed something honest, and nothing like it existed yet. Everything MOTIVE does, the products, the training, the road, comes from one conviction. No one is too far gone to rebuild.
